ArcelorMittal has expanded its Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations in India by leasing 82,823 sq ft of office space in Hyderabad's Financial District in a deal valued at more than ₹35 crore.
Property registration records reviewed by Propstack show that ArcelorMittal Global Capability Center Private Limited has leased the 15th floor of Kalyani Trident, comprising a chargeable area of 82,823 sq ft and a carpet area of 66,258 sq ft. The lease became effective on January 1, 2026, while the agreement was officially registered on July 17, 2026.
The office space has been leased for 5.5 years at a monthly rental of approximately ₹47.21 lakh, equivalent to ₹57 per sq ft, with a security deposit of ₹2.83 crore. The agreement also includes a 15% rent escalation after 25 months.
This marks ArcelorMittal's second major office lease in the same building during 2026. Earlier in January, the company leased the entire 16th floor of Kalyani Trident, taking its total occupied office space in the property to more than 1.65 lakh sq ft. The latest expansion reflects the company's continued investment in strengthening its India-based GCC operations.
