Mumbai: Sayaji Realty has acquired Prabhavati Niwas, located on Park Road in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, for redevelopment.

The project will involve the development of a G+8-storey residential tower, with the proposed configuration providing two residences on each floor.

The acquisition adds another redevelopment project to Sayaji Realty's Mumbai portfolio, as developers continue to tap established residential locations for new housing projects.

The Vile Parle East location offers the project access to an established urban neighbourhood, with redevelopment enabling the existing property to be repositioned as a modern residential development.
