Sriram Khattar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Rental Business, DLF Ltd., said the company expects the mall to begin operations by the end of this year or early next year.

The project has already received its Occupation Certificate, while finishing activities at the site are currently underway. Leasing efforts are also progressing as DLF works towards strengthening the tenant mix before the opening.

The developer expects the mall to generate an average rental of around ₹170–175 per sq ft across the development.

The Goa project forms part of DLF’s broader retail expansion strategy and marks a further push into western India’s growing consumption and retail market.

With leasing activity accelerating and construction-related finishing work nearing completion, the project is expected to become an important addition to DLF’s retail portfolio.
